Molly loves creating customized desserts to celebrate Life’s best occasions. As Pastry Chef and Owner of Molly’s Desserts, Molly treats each cake like edible art.

She learned her cake making skills and decorating techniques from the best in the field. After graduating as a Pastry Chef from the Professional Culinary Institute, Molly took lessons from Colette Peters and Kerry Vincent, a renowned judge from The Food Network.

Although Molly has been baking since she could reach the knobs on the oven, her professional career as a pastry chef began in late 2000. For 18 years prior, she held fast paced positions in the high tech industry. Molly found sweet relief from her demanding corporate schedule by spending weekends and most weeknights baking intricate desserts- much to the delight of her colleagues.

Now her profession is baking, and her hobby is…well, baking. She spends daylight hours in her professional kitchen creating extravagant desserts. Then at night, Molly comes home and puts her baking mitts right back on. She unwinds by experimenting with new designs and styles. Her passion for pastry simply runs deeper than most.
